UNSOLICITED APPLICATIONSYou will get a confirmation stating that we have received your application informing you whether we are going to retain it for future use. Unsolicited applications are kept for 2 years, whereafter they will be deleted. At any time, you can contact the partner to whom you sent the application and demand that your documents are deleted or edited. Applications are not kept in hard copy. In case your documents become relevant in relation to a process, we shall contact you and ask for your permission to pass on your CV to our client. After that the process will continue as mentioned below. APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES NOT INCLUDED IN A PROCESSReceipt of all CVs will be confirmed stating that we will get back, once we have an overview of the pool of candidates. Applications are not kept in hard copy. APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES PROCEEDING IN THE PROCESSIf you are included in the pool of potential candidates, we will ask for your permission to pass on your CV and test results to our client. In connection with your presentation for the hiring company, CV and test results will be mailed to our client, who will then be responsible for compliance with GDPR. Documents will solely be printed by us in connection with the presentation and will be shredded immediately after. References are only collected in cooperation with you. You will be contacting your references yourself to ask for permission for us to contact them. We will keep your documents for 2 years, whereafter they will be deleted.
